Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AmberGlow Collections, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in sourcing, quality-checking, and packing every product. We request you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. General Policy

We follow a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy once an order is placed.

Each product is individually inspected and packed with care before dispatch.

However, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution only in rare cases where:

  • You receive an incorrect product (wrong size, design, or color than ordered)

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • There is a manufacturing defect or visible quality issue identified at the time of delivery


2. Conditions for Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or resolution:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and a full, continuous, non-edited unboxing video clearly showing the issue

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Our support team will review the request and respond within 24 hours

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Slight color or print variations due to lighting, screen resolution, or dye batch differences

  • Minor irregularities in handloom or handcrafted products, which are part of their natural charm

  • Products purchased during Sale or Clearance

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order garments


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided and the issue is confirmed as an error from our side.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days after approval


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as processing starts immediately after payment

  • In exceptional cases, before dispatch, cancellation requests may be reviewed at our discretion

  • No cancellations are accepted once the order has been shipped
